Collaborative Care Interactive develops e-health and e-learning applications for the diabetes care community using the Web. LJY copy edited a CD-Rom aimed at bridging the gap between health care providers and their patients with diabetes.

The Synergos Institute is an independent nonprofit organization dedicated to the development of effective, sustainable and locally-based solutions to poverty. LJY worked with Synergos to develop the format of its 2002 - 2003 annual report, was head writer — authoring most of the report articles — and worked closely with its graphic designer.
